Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dry elbow macaroni
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ¼ cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt

Method
 

  1. Add macaroni, butter, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  2. Secure the instant pot lid and set the valve to the sealing position. Set to the manual function and cook at high pressure for 5 minutes.
  3. After the cooking cycle has ended, release the pressure quickly. Add milk to the pot and then gradually add the cheese, stirring well after each addition until the cheese melts and the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  4. Taste the mixture and season it as necessary to achieve the desired taste. Serve and Enjoy!
